I am a 20-year veteran of the Army who is a graduate of the Sergeants Major Academy and served as a Battalion Sergeant Major, but you can call me Ruf.  I met my beloved wife, Herma, while stationed with the US Army in The Netherlands.  I am a Pittsburgh boy, but after seeing that face and heart, I never left.  She’s been by my side since.  That’s the real Ruf.  All heart.  All giving.  All wanting others to receive the bounty this world offers.
